How do I purchase a ticket for an event on ticket.ug?

Fill in your details and choose your ticket type. You'll then proceed to payment.

How will I receive my ticket after purchase?

After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive your ticket in an email. You can also download your ticket in PDF format. Your ticket has a QR code which permits entry.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if I can't attend the event?

Yes, you may be able to transfer your ticket to someone else. To arrange for a ticket transfer, please contact the Organizer of the event directly. If you're unable to reach the Organizer or they can't facilitate the transfer, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to assist you

What should I do if I received a ticket without being charged?

If you've received a ticket without being charged, please be aware that our scanners won't verify the ticket at the event. To ensure entry, you must pay for a valid ticket. We recommend contacting us if you believe there has been an error in the ticket issuance. You can also Validate your ticket here.

How will my ticket be verified on the event day?

On the event day, please present your ticket for verification at the venue entrance. Our staff will scan the QR code on your ticket and issue you a wristband for entry. Make sure to keep your ticket and wristband secure throughout the event.

What happens if I lose my wristband during the event?

If you lose your wristband during the event, please contact event staff or security immediately. They will assist you in getting a replacement wristband to ensure your continued access to the event.

Are there any additional fees associated with ticket purchases on the event day?

No, there are no additional fees for ticket purchases on the event day. The ticket price you paid during your online purchase covers all costs, including entry and wristband issuance.

Do you offer group discounts for events?

Occasionally, we offer group discounts for our events. Keep an eye on our website for any ongoing promotions or special offers.

What about Apple Wallet?

For iOS devices, When you add your ticket to Apple Wallet it will be saved in the Wallet app () which is far easier to find than searching in your email. You can even be prompted to open the ticket from your lock screen when you arrive at the venue.

What's in the QR code?

Your ticket is a key. For a key to be effective, it has to be unique and hard to guess. This is why your Confirmation code is gibberish.
